30-Day Return Guarantee – No Questions Asked
Changed your mind? No problem at all.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund, color exchange, product exchange or store credit.
• Returns and exchanges are quick, simple, and mostly automated.
• While it’s not required, we’d love to know why you’re returning your item—your feedback helps us improve and design better products
• Return shipping is covered by you (unless you opted for Return Guard at checkout)
• For customers located in the United States and European Union, return labels are available for approved returns.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition including all the tags and accessories that were provided.
• Once a return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 30 days. Returns sent after this timeframe may no longer be accepted.
As soon as your return reaches us and is processed by the returns department, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange without delay.
If your item arrived damaged or was damaged within the first 30 days:
We’re truly sorry that happened. In these cases, we’ll cover the shipping fee for your return and ensure you get a replacement, spare parts, or a refund—whichever works best for you.

Shipping Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived, or something seems off during delivery, we’ve got your back.

3-Month Warranty Coverage – No Questions Asked
If your item has a defect within 3 months of delivery, we’ll take care of it—no hoops to jump through.
• Minor issue? We’ll send you free spare parts like straps, rings, zippers, or care products
• Bigger problem? We’ll replace the item for you
• Shipping is on us (or covered by Return Guard)

Lifetime Support & Trade-In Value
Your bag was built to last—but life happens. If something goes wrong after 3 months, here’s how we’ll continue to support you:
• We offer spare parts for life to keep your bag going strong
• If the issue can’t be fixed, we’ll offer a trade-in value toward a replacement, based on the product and how long you’ve had it
It’s all part of our effort to reduce waste, lower our carbon foot print, reward your loyalty, and keep your bag in use for years to come.

A Few Quick Notes
• Refunds and Exchanges are only available within the first 30 days of delivery
• Warranty doesn’t cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear beyond the expected lifespan
• Once a return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 30 days. Returns sent after this timeframe may no longer be accepted.
•All returns must be approved through our return portal before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
• Warranty requests may take up to 7 business days to review and process, depending on the nature of the issue and the information provided.
• All Kickstarter related requests will be handled manually by our team, and any approved refunds will be processed via PayPal.
